Before joining the GIFT Project at ITU, Christian was a curator of media heritage at the Media Museum in Odense (2007-2018), where he curated the first official museum exhibition on video games in Denmark ‘Wroum, wroum. Pedal to the Metal – it’s only a game!’ (2009). Christian holds a PhD from the University of Southern Denmark with the dissertation ‘Displaying Sound. Radio as Media Heritage in a Museological Context (2015). Editor and Journal Manager for the peer-reviewed journal MedieKultur. Journal of Media and Communication Research (since 2015).
