Postdoc, Center for Computer Games Research
I finished a master degree at the University of Zagreb working on distributed systems for institutional scheduling problems. Soon after I continued with my skills in combinatorial optimization and passion for computer science to my PhD where I played with bioinformatics, Specifically, I was writing tools for discovering the evolutionary past of organisms on the basis of their genes. Somewhere along the way, I became passionate about functional programming and the methods which allow me to better express my ideas into programs. I love all things involving optimization, Bayesian inference, reinforcement learning, self-improving programs, and logic.
Currently, I’m working on life-long learning in artificial systems at the IT University of Copenhagen and teach artificial intelligence and data science.
